Terms of service

Effective date: 16 September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RSK20 website and the services offered through it. RSK20 is operated by Rupesh Jha, trading as Rupesh Suvidha Kendra (RSK20) ("RSK20", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the website, creating an account, submitting a booking, applying as a worker, or otherwise using an RSK20 service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. About RSK20

RSK20 provides a platform and operational service for requesting, coordinating and managing home and local services such as electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance-related work and other services made available through the website.

The exact services, availability, service areas, pricing and booking options may change from time to time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a booking.

Accounts are authenticated using the mechanisms provided by RSK20, which may include one-time passwords sent to a registered mobile number.

You are responsible for keeping access to your mobile number and account secure and for notifying RSK20 if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

RSK20 may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, workers, the business, the website or the security of the service.

3. Booking a service

A booking request submitted through the website is a request for service. Submission of a booking does not necessarily mean that the service has been accepted or that a worker has been assigned.

RSK20 may contact you to confirm the booking, clarify the requirement, discuss availability, confirm the service address, provide an estimate, or arrange an appropriate worker.

The final service scope, manpower requirement, materials, duration and applicable charges may depend on the actual requirement and conditions at the service location.

RSK20 may decline, reschedule or cancel a booking where the requested service is unavailable, unsafe, outside the supported service area, incorrectly described, or otherwise cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

4. Pricing and estimates

Prices displayed on the website may represent starting prices, base prices, fixed prices or other pricing structures depending on the service.

Where the final cost depends on inspection, quantity of work, manpower, materials, travel, complexity or other factors, the final amount may differ from an initial estimate.

Any material change to the expected scope or price should be communicated to the customer where reasonably practicable before the additional work is carried out.

Applicable taxes, service charges, material costs or other disclosed charges may be included in the final invoice where applicable.

5. Payment

Payment may be required before, during or after completion of a service depending on the booking and payment arrangement offered by RSK20.

Where payment is due after completion, the customer remains responsible for paying the valid amount shown on the final invoice.

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. RSK20 may receive payment status and transaction reference information from those providers.

A payment marked as pending, failed or incomplete does not by itself constitute successful payment.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling of a booking using the contact or support mechanism provided by RSK20.

Cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to the stage of the booking, worker allocation, travel already undertaken, materials purchased, work already performed and any applicable charges that were communicated to the customer.

Where a booking has not yet been accepted or work has not commenced, RSK20 will generally try to accommodate reasonable cancellation requests.

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed through the applicable payment method or payment provider, subject to the applicable refund policy and payment-provider processing times.

7. Service access and customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information about the service requirement and service location.

Customers must provide reasonable access to the premises and a reasonably safe working environment for the assigned worker.

Customers must not request a worker to perform unlawful, unsafe or materially different work from the agreed service without appropriate confirmation from RSK20.

Customers should not make direct payments to workers unless such payment has been expressly authorized or arranged by RSK20.

8. Worker conduct and responsibilities

Workers engaged or coordinated through RSK20 are expected to perform assigned work professionally, honestly and with reasonable care.

Workers must not misuse customer information, access customer property without authorization, engage in harassment or discrimination, or use customer information for unrelated purposes.

RSK20 may investigate complaints concerning worker conduct and may suspend, restrict or discontinue a worker's access to the platform or service network where appropriate.

9. Worker applications and verification

Individuals applying to work with RSK20 must provide truthful information and documents requested for the relevant onboarding or verification process.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, employment, engagement, allocation of work or any minimum amount of work.

RSK20 may verify information provided by an applicant through lawful and appropriate processes.

Submission of Aadhaar or PAN information does not mean that RSK20 has performed UIDAI authentication or government certification. Any formal verification depends on the applicable authorized process and legal requirements.

10. Reviews and customer feedback

Customers may be invited to submit ratings, reviews or feedback about completed services.

Reviews should be truthful, relevant and based on the customer's genuine experience.

RSK20 may remove or restrict reviews that are unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory, unrelated to the service, or otherwise inappropriate.

You should not publish another person's private or confidential information in a review or other public submission.

11. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate another person or use another person's account
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website
  • Upload malicious software or harmful code
  • Misuse worker or customer information
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Circumvent security, access controls or booking mechanisms
  • Submit fraudulent payment or refund claims

12. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the RSK20 name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, photographs and other content provided by RSK20 are owned by or licensed to RSK20 and may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.

You retain ownership of information and content that you lawfully submit to RSK20, subject to the rights and permissions necessary for RSK20 to provide its services.

13. Service limitations

RSK20 will make reasonable efforts to provide and coordinate services as described, but service availability may be affected by worker availability, weather, access conditions, technical problems, material availability, emergencies and other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Service times provided during booking are estimates unless RSK20 expressly confirms a guaranteed appointment time.

RSK20 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or that every requested service will always be available in every location.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RSK20 will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including interruptions to third-party payment, telecommunications, hosting or other external services.

Customers should promptly report damage, service issues, safety concerns or other problems relating to a completed service so that RSK20 can investigate and, where appropriate, coordinate a resolution.

15. Complaints and service issues

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact RSK20 using the business contact details published on the website and provide the relevant booking information and details of the issue.

RSK20 may review the booking, communicate with the customer and worker, inspect relevant information and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

16. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the RSK20 Privacy Policy.

By using RSK20 services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

17. Events outside reasonable control

RSK20 will not be responsible for delay or inability to provide a service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, civil disturbance, widespread technical failures, telecommunications failures, labour disruptions or other comparable events.

18. Changes to these Terms

RSK20 may update these Terms when its services, technology, business practices or applicable legal requirements change.

The updated version will be published on this page with an updated effective date where appropriate. Your continued use of RSK20 services after an update may be subject to the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory legal provisions.

RSK20 encourages customers and workers to contact us first so that complaints or disputes can be reviewed and resolved directly where possible.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any legal right or remedy that a consumer or other person may have under applicable law.
